Yeisk, Gelendzhik and Tuapse entered the top 5 most silent cities in Russia

Respondents were asked to rate the statement: “I live in a quiet area, the noise on the street practically does not bother me” on a scale of 1 to 10. For each region, an average score was calculated that reflects the degree of user satisfaction with the level of silence.

The most quiet and comfortable for living were the small cities of the north-west and south of Russia. The rating was headed by Guryevsk (Kaliningrad Oblast) with a score of 8.4 points. It is followed by Yeysk (Krasnodar Territory), which for the year rose immediately by 15 lines, gaining 7.9 points. Closes the top three leaders Mikhailovsk (Stavropol Territory) with 7.8 points.

The reviews of local residents often contain such wording as: “A lot of greenery,” “Quiet, calm, comfortable,” “Proximity to the sea, the absence of tall houses,” writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

Krasnodar became the fourth in the ranking of the most popular cities in Russia. Despite an increase in the cost of the apartment by 9.3%, interest in real estate in the city grew by 5.5% per year.

Krasnodar took 24th place out of 25 in the ranking of Russian cities with the worst roads in 2019. Such data follow from the results of a survey conducted in July 2019 by the independent marketing agency Zoom Market.
